TETRA AMMONIUM EDTA

Blessed with high water solubility and excellent chelating and sequestering property, it separates the undesirable metal ions by forming a strong coordinate bond. It is widely used as a softening agent in water treatment processes and as an antiscalant by inhibiting the precipitation of salts. It is efficiently used in removing scales from boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers, filter clothes etc.

It is profoundly used in removing magnetite scale, in heat exchangers of power stations or in heating circuits and is much superior to the sodium salt in this respect

Precautions : When using concentrated chemicals always make sure that there is adequate ventilation. Always use appropriate chemical resistant gloves to protect your hands and skin and wear eye protection such as chemical goggles. Strictly avoid ingestion and inhalation.
